ANEEL sets the deadline for the rural universalization, per municipality
The National Electricity Agency (ANEEL) published the Dispatches 4324/2013 until 4330/2013, which set the deadline for the rural universalization of dealers who own the rural universalization year until 2014. This first stage includes such dealers as: CELG, CEMIG, CHESP, ELETROBRAS DISTRIBUIÇÃO PIAUÍ, ELETROBRAS DISTRIBUIÇÃO RONDÔNIA, ELETROBRAS DISTRIBUIÇÃO RORAIMA and ENERGISA SERGIPE.
The definition is part of the rules prepared by Resolution No. 563 from 07/09/2013, which determined that dealers still not universalized in the rural municipality forwarded a proposal by the municipality, to be analyzed by the Agency. Dealers with deadlines for rural universalization expiring later than 2014 will have the definition by the municipality at early 2014.
